Terms

Plain-language terms · 2026-06-18
These terms are written to be read. If anything here is unclear, that is our problem to fix, not yours to decode. They cover three relationships — schools, creators, and print partners.

01  For schools

You point a print job at your own records and approve a proof; the run matches what you approved. A pre-flight check surfaces problems to fix at the source, and a defect fast-path covers a sheet that arrives wrong against the approved proof.

02  For creators

You submit your own original work, named on it, and you are paid on the published split for what passes the desk. Recycled or copied work is sent back. The desk is a quality gate; passing is earned, not promised.

03  For print partners

You are certified per product against a written spec and routed jobs that fit. Runs are sampled against a defect threshold; certification is tied to holding the spec. Materials are supplied through the program.

04  Honesty about limits

We say when a product is in pilot, when a board is not fully covered yet, and when a job will be late. We would rather state a limit than mislead a school preparing for session start or a student preparing for an exam.
