Institutional print, set from your records

ID cards, certificates, report cards and admit cards — printed straight from your school's operational records.

Pick the product, point it at the records that already exist in your system, approve a proof, and a run comes back matched to your data. Central production for the precise work; a certified partner network for the bulky work.

The data-to-print pipeline

Record in, sheet out

Three steps, and the school stays the source of truth at every one of them.

1
Point at the record
Choose a product and the record set it draws from — the roster for IDs, the exam module for report cards, the certificates module for a certificate run. The file is built from data you already keep, not a spreadsheet you re-fill.
2
Pre-flight, then proof
A pre-flight check lists anything that would print badly — a low-quality photo, a blank field — by roll number, to fix at the source. Then a named approver signs the proof. Change a detail after sign-off and the proof comes round again.
3
Production and delivery
Precise work runs centrally; bulky work routes to a certified city partner. Each stage — intake, print, QC, dispatch — is visible, and delivery is timed for the day the school needs the cards in hand at session start.
What we print

The product line

ID cards
PVC and smart-card sets with lanyards, drawn from the roster. A single-card lane handles the lost-card reprint without re-running the batch.
Certificates
Achievement and transfer-grade certificate stock, set from the certificates module — the named student, the right date, the right wording, gilt-ruled where the occasion asks for it.
Report cards
The exam module's marks become the printed report card. The grade on the sheet is the grade in the system, because it is the same number, carried over without a re-entry step.
Admit cards
Exam admit cards set from the exam roster — photo, roll number, centre and timetable, each pulled from the record rather than typed in again.
Prospectus & stationery
Prospectuses, brochures, letterheads and school-branded diaries and notebooks — operational stationery that also carries the school's mark, priced without an inflated markup.
Question papers
Exam papers generated from the question bank and set to print, so a section can sit a clean, board-mapped paper drawn from reviewed questions.

About the print pipeline

A small-school tier exists for exactly that. If your school has sixty students but the card minimum is a hundred, you are still served — we do not turn a small school away for being small.
