1
Apply and onboard
A print house applies, and we check what it can produce — plates, stock, lamination, turnaround — against the products we route. The terms are stated before any job moves.
2
Certify to spec
Each product has a spec library — bleed, colour, stock, lamination — and a partner is certified per product. A partner certified for IDs is not assumed good for certificate stock.
3
Get routed the right jobs
Jobs route by grade, geography and turnaround. A small school in a tier-2 city is matched to a nearby certified partner on a timeline that fits, not to whoever is idle.
4
Run on a tracked job
Intake, print, QC and dispatch are visible on every job, and a materials program supplies the stock — so the supply chain is handled, not the partner's problem to solve alone.
